Born in Finland 1930, Anna had parents whose simple wisdom and faith helped her become passionate about everything, seen and unseen that nurtures life.As a health professional she realized early on that many physical problems stem from mental, emotional and spiritual disorders. Always looking for new ways to help people to balance their lives, she studied and used improvisational theater techniques for self-expression in her workshops. As a student of trans-personal psychology she learned from the writings of Jung, Rank, Assagioli and others in addition to spiritual teachings especially by Sufi and Taoist Masters. Her choice to study Chinese Medicine was influenced by her commitment to alternative health therapies. She has written articles for professional publications, poems, children’s stories and scripts. Her novel ‘Moses the Beloved’ seeks to answer the question, How did the women in Moses' life influence him in achieving the mission and his enlightenment? How did the Feminine contribute to one of the greatest happenings in human history? Anna's website Aha! Chi - Creative Health Alternatives uses 2000 year old annals on Ancient Chinese Medicine as the guidelines for achieving physical-mental-spiritual health, expansion of consciousness and ultimate enlightenment. Some of the illustrations on this website have been obtained through the generosity of Master Mantak Chia from his Healing Tao books available from www.universaltao.com
